Interested in Health Coaching?

From studying at The Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), my Health Coaching approach is integrative, or holistic.

This means that we delve into much more than what might appear to be the main challenges you face on the surface. Usually, there are multidimensional factors contributing to your current health state, and I work with you to get to know the root cause, then I can provide strategies and action steps for you to take to make the changes, with my support and encouragement.

You can choose to work with me in a single session, a handful of sessions. Or work together on a longer term programme of support.

6 Month Programme:

This is a complete programme that supports you to make lifestyle changes, tailored to your individual needs. A great option if you want consistent support to work towards a goal.

  • Initial design session to set up the programme based on what you need

  • Face to face (or online) 1hr sessions every 3 weeks

  • Check-ins via email between the live sessions

  • My availability throughout the whole programme for moments where you could feel stuck or unsure.

$1,300 / or $110 fortnightly

Individual and Packaged sessions

These sessions are the best if you want one-off or a handful of support in making lifestyle changes, on a more flexible timeline.

1 x 60 min session = $125

3 x sessions = $345
(to use within 6 months)

5 x sessions = $555
(to use within 6 months)
